The firm was established in 1989 and soon became Bovey Tracey’s leading independent Estate Agent. Also, we have a sub-office in the town of Moretonhampstead, which is used mainly for display purposes. In 1998 we joined the Team network of agents. We specialise in the sale of residential properties in all price ranges, in Bovey Tracey and the surrounding areas, including the Dartmoor National Park.
Victor Palmer is the principal of the firm, with over 35 years experience in the industry. Stephen Godsland is the manager with over 20 years estate agency experience and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Other staff members include Judy Noone, Ros Stanton, Glynis Letcher and Amanda Cooke, who have several combined years of experience between them.
