Rental Valuations

We can provide you with expert advice on current rental values and the market in general.

Rental properties are advertised on a range of suitable websites and in the appropriate newspaper publications.

Viewings

Our company policy is to accompany all the viewings with prospective tenants.

Full Property Management

Our full property management service covers everything involved from finding a suitable tenant to seeing the tenant move in.

Rents are collected monthly in advance and payments are forwarded promptly by BACS, with a clear and detailed statement provided.

All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, with a written report provided to the landlord. We will arrange for any necessary maintenance work or repairs to be carried out by one of our approved contractors, or by a preferred contact provided by the landlord.

Tenant Find Service

For landlords who prefer to manage their own property, this service is ideal. We find the tenant, take up the references, have the tenancy agreement drawn up and prepare an inventory. The landlord then takes over the management of the property for the duration of the tenancy.
