Bovey Tracey

The historic town of Bovey Tracey is on the south-eastern edge of the Dartmoor National Park and is often referred to as “the gateway to the moor”. It offers a good range of amenities with various shops, sporting facilities, a library and primary school, as well as doctors, dentists and veterinary surgeries.
A variety of recreational activities are available in the area, including walking, riding, fishing and golf.
Around two and a half miles from the town there is access to the A38 Devon Expressway, connecting to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter, as well as the M5 Motorway.
The Dartmoor National Park is renowned for its spectacular scenery; with its tors and heather and bracken clad moorland, fringed by wooded valleys with fast flowing rivers and streams.
Further a field is the South Devon coast with its estuaries and beaches.
